Happy and motivated educators are a key element for a high quality early childhood service. This survey asks you to reflect on how you feel about working at XYZ and what could be done better to support you and your team. The survey also asks you about how you feel we are performing in relation to each of the seven quality areas and your suggestions on what we could improve.
The survey is independently managed. Your responses are anonymous. Management will not receive data that can identify individual responses; instead it will receive high level, aggregated data. Data from the survey will be used to support continuous improvement and included in our Quality Improvement Plan.
